He has also executed corporate restructuring mandates - within industrial facilities, watch and MedTech companies - to run, from the inside, different restructuration strategies involving finances, human resources, growth, cost reduction, product developments, R&D, productivity and performance improvement, but also merger and acquisition processes and global organizational effectiveness.
